With over 23 years of professional experience, including more than a decade in leadership roles, I have a proven track record of building, leading, and scaling engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions. My extensive background encompasses designing and optimizing product roadmaps, processes, strategies, team structures, and fostering a collaborative work culture. I am passionate about mentorship and have developed comprehensive learning frameworks to nurture talent within teams.

I bring 15+ years of expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions across various sectors, including financial, energy, retail, and telecom. My technical proficiency spans the latest stacks and architectural patterns, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

In the realm of DevOps, I have hands-on experience in designing and implementing end-to-end processes, from source code management using Azure DevOps, TFVC/Git, to automated testing and deployment on both public (Azure, AWS) and private clouds (RedHat Open Shift Container Platform) and virtualized data centers. My architectural skills are grounded in industry-standard principles such as DDD, SOLID, KISS, DRY, Microservices, and SOA, applied across multiple technology stacks like C# and JavaScript, and enterprise platforms including SharePoint, M365, D365 CRM, Power Platform, and Salesforce.

I have successfully executed and delivered projects using various models and methodologies, including iterative, prototyping, Agile, SCRUM, and MSF, always focusing on optimal outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. My strong soft skills enable effective communication and collaboration with clients, teams, and other stakeholders.

Notably, I have achieved significant recognition in the tech community, winning three hackathons (JunctionXKAUST 2019, SAP Hackathon 2019, and Startup Weekend Jeddah 2019) out of seven participated in during 2018-2019 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
